Shenandoah-Potomac District Garden Clubs

SHEPHERDSTOWN, W.Va. -Monday, Sept. 25, registration begins at 9 a.m., Clarion Inn. This is the annual meeting of the 10 district garden clubs in Jefferson and Berkeley counties. Classic and simple floral designs will be demonstrated by Dennis Dodson, floral designer of Martinsburg, W.Va.
