She is survived by nieces, Betty Renner and Janet Jewell, both of Thurmont, and Janet Maurer of Round Hill, Va.; nephews, Barney Manahan and Richard Manahan, both of Sabillasville, Md., Robert Manahan of Emmitsburg, Md., Junior Manahan and Martin Manahan, both of Thurmont, and Charles Bowman and Joseph Bowman, both of Quincy, Pa.; other nieces and nephews; great-nieces and great-nephews; and great-great-nieces and great-great-nephews.

She was preceded in death by three sisters, Ruth Manahan, Patricia Good and Mary Kline; and three brothers, Charles Bowman, Gurnon Bowman and John Bowman.

Graveside services will be Sunday at 2 p.m. at Mount Bethel Cemetery, Cascade.

There will be no viewing or visitation.

In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made to Guardian Hose Co. Building Fund, 21 N. Church St., Thurmont, MD 21788.

LEETOWN, W.Va. - Emma Louise Pettijohn, 95, of Leetown, died Sunday, Sept. 17, 2006, at City Hospital in Martinsburg, W.Va.

Born Nov. 19, 1910, in Marion, Ala., she was the daughter of the late Charles and Emma Wilkerson.

She formerly was employed by the Marion Military Institute.

She attended Judson College in Marion.

She was a Baptist.

She was a member of DAR.

She is survived by her husband, Lyle L. Pettijohn, whom she married in 1956, and one cousin.

Memorial services will be announced at a later date.

CHARLES TOWN, W.Va. - Margaret Louise Moudy, 75, of Charles Town, died Friday, Sept. 15, 2006, at Shenandoah Health Village Center in Charles Town.

Born Feb. 2, 1931, in Washington, D.C., she was the daughter of the late William and Anna Chwosta Ludwig.

She was preceded in death by her husband, Charles Moudy.

She was a graduate of Montgomery Blair (Md.) High School.

She had been employed as a bookkeeper at several banks in Washington, D.C.

She was affiliated with St. James Catholic Church, Charles Town.

A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated today at 10 a.m. at St. James Catholic Church, Charles Town. The Rev. Brian Owens will be celebrant. Burial will be in Middleway (W.Va.) Masonic Cemetery.

There will be no visitation.

MARTINSBURG, W.Va. - Kimberly Anne Webber, 40, of Martinsburg, died Saturday, Sept. 16, 2006.

Born June 24, 1966, in Philadelphia, she was the daughter of Eugene Townsend of Philadelphia and Linda Price Graham of Port St. John, Fla.

In addition to her parents, she is survived by one daughter, Kelly Webber, at home; one son, Troy Webber, at home; two sisters, her twin, Kathleen Maiella of Brookline, Mass., and Karen Hawkins of Folsom, Pa.; and maternal grandmother, Dorothea K. Price of Upper Darby, Pa.

Memorial services will be Wednesday at 1 p.m. at Second Baptist Church, Martinsburg. The Rev. Jeffrey Rose will officiate. Burial will be private.

Memorial donations may be made for the care of her children in care of Donald M. Webber, 4713 National Drive, Myrtle Beach, SC 29579.

MARTINSBURG, W.Va. - Jeffrey Michael Webber, 43, of Martinsburg, died Saturday, Sept. 16, 2006.

Born Aug. 17, 1963, in Huntington, Long Island, N.Y., he was the son of Donald M. Webber of Myrtle Beach, S.C., and Anna Kesecker Jessen of McKees Rock, Pa.

His wife, Kimberly Anne Townsend Webber, died Saturday, Sept. 16, 2006.

In addition to his parents, he is survived by one daughter, Kelly Webber of Martinsburg; one son, Troy Webber of Martinsburg; one sister, Cynthia Gooch of Albuquerque, N.M.; paternal grandfather, Floyd E. Webber of Martinsburg; and maternal grandmother, Martha Kesecker of Shepherdstown, W.Va.

MARTINSBURG, W.Va. - Patricia June Fritz, 69, of 34 Watkins Ferry Way, Martinsburg, W.Va., died Saturday, Sept. 16, 2006, at her home.

Born May 19, 1937, in Paramount, Calif., she was the daughter of the late Bruce Jordan and Anna Robertson Peach Lance.

She retired from Review & Herald Publishing Association.

She was a member of the Williamsport Seventh-day Adventist Church, the Williamsport Seventh-day Adventist Women's Ministries and the Community Educational Organization (CEO).
