Al-Anon/Alateen family groups

TOPS (Take off Pounds Sensibly)

Circle of Hope series

MARTINSBURG, W.Va. - Six-week program, Mondays, today through Oct. 23, 7 to 8:30 p.m.; or Tuesdays, Sept. 19 through Oct. 24, 1 to 2:30 p.m., Hospice of the Panhandle office, 122 Waverly Court. The six-week class provides information and support to people who are coping with the death of a loved one. Registration is required and sessions will be closed after the first meeting. Free. Breast cancer awareness

Diabetes support

Wednesday, Sept. 13, 1:30 p.m., eighth-floor community room at Walnut Towers Senior Center, Hagerstown. The program "Diabetic Medications" will be presented by Lisa McCoy, R.D. The group provides a forum to help diabetics manage their disease and gain support from other diabetics. Open to anyone in the community.
