Randall-Xu



Jian Xu and Alexander James Randall were married Saturday, July 14, 2006, in Frederick, Md.

The bride is the daughter of the late Shiliu Xu and Weiling Zhou. The bridegroom is the son of James L. and Patricia H. Randall of Hagerstown.

The bride received a bachelor's degree in polymer science in 1990 and a master's degree in analytical chemistry in 1993 from the East China University of Science and Technology in Shanghai, China, and a doctoral degree in molecular biology and biochemistry from the University of Zurich in Zurich, Switzerland, in 2003. She is employed as a biomedical research scientist with the National Institutes of Health at Fort Detrick in Frederick, Md.

The bridegroom is a 1992 graduate of North Hagerstown High School, received a bachelor's degree in computer science from Shippensburg University in 1998 and attended James Madison University from 2000 to 2002. He is employed as a senior Web application developer with Perot Systems Government Services in Fairfax, Va.

Vidoni-Skrabak



Rebecca Ann Skrabak and Adam Michael Vidoni were married Friday, July 21, 2006, at St. Ann Roman Catholic Church in Hagerstown.

The bride is the daughter of Gwen Skrabak of Hagerstown and Dr. James A. Skrabak. The bridegroom is the son of Richard G. Vidoni of Hagerstown and Victoria L. Attarian of Cumberland, Md.

The bride is a 1998 graduate of St. Maria Goretti High School and received a bachelor of science in education from Towson University in 2003. She is employed as a fourth-grade teacher with Sully Elementary School in Loudoun County, Va.

The bridegroom is a 1995 graduate of St. Maria Goretti High School, received a bachelor of science in finance from University of Maryland in 2000 and received an airline transport pilot license and flight instructor certification at Airline Transport Professionals in Jacksonville, Fla., in 2002. He is a pilot with Chantilly Air in Chantilly, Va.

They live in Ashburn, Va.




Erskine-Gudgeon



Lynnsay Jean Gudgeon and Benjamin Francis Erskine were married Saturday, Aug. 27, 2005, at Skycroft Conference Center in Middletown, Md.

The bride is the daughter of Lindsey and Lori Gudgeon of Boonsboro. The bridegroom is the son of Mark and Michelle Erskine of Georgetown, Del., and Ron and Cyndi Bennett of Milton, Del.

The bride is a 2002 graduate of Boonsboro High School and received bachelor's degrees in photography and fine arts from Indiana Wesleyan University. She is employed as a professional photographer with PCA National LLC in Marion, Ind. She also is a freelance photographer.

The bridegroom is a graduate of Bald Eagle Nittany High School in Mill Hall, Pa., and plans to receive a bachelor's degree in instrumental music education (kindergarten to 12) from Indiana Wesleyan University this fall.

They live in Marion.




Burris-Chaney



Elizabeth Ann Chaney and Jonathan Craig Burris were married Thursday, April 20, 2006, at Founders Park Beach in the Florida Keys at Islamorada.

The bride is the daughter of Herman and Ruby Chaney of Clear Spring. The bridegroom is the son of Tom and Gwen Burris of North Port, Fla., and Scott and Nancy Hubbell of Canajoharie, N.Y.

The bride is a district manager with Hair Cuttery and a direct sales adviser with lia sophia Jewelry.

The bridegroom is maintenance supervisor with the Hampton Inn on Dual Highway in Hagerstown.

They live in Hagerstown.
