Coldwell Banker Residential Brokerage

Five sales associates have joined the Hagerstown office of Coldwell Banker Residential Brokerage.

· Achala Bonde is an agent licensed in Maryland.

· April Damski is an agent licensed in West Virginia.

· Douglas Heim is an agent licensed in Maryland.

· Linda Butts is an agent licensed in Maryland.

· Cynthia Gibson is an agent licensed in Maryland.

· April Damski joined The Home Team as an agent licensed in West Virginia.

In addition, Cynthia Moler was recognized for July as the top listing sales associate by volume and units.

· John Hamsher of the Glocker Group was the top selling sales associate by volumn.


· Tom Test of the Horn-Test Team was the top selling sales associate by units.

Sagittarius Salon

Jennifer Showe, Stephanie Seaton, Janelle Ausherman and Tara Price, stylists at Sagittarius Salon, recently attended The Redken Exchange in New York City.

They joined stylists from around the globe in learning advanced techniques in hair design and hair color from leading experts in the salon industry.

Stylist Brandon Dasilva recently attended an Advanced Vidal Sassoon class in Beverly Hills, Calif. The seven-day course focused on creative cutting to illustrate the new direction of progressive hair design.

Bowers Insurance

Chris W. Moats, of Hancock, has been named an account executive at Bowers Insurance Inc. in Hagerstown.

He is responsible for personal insurance lines sales and service, including auto and home policies.

He previously worked as an insurance agent for Geico Insurance in Virginia Beach, Va., and gained supervisory experience while working for Piedmont Aviation Services, where he managed fueling and baggage handling for the domestic airline.

Moats has an associate degree from Hagerstown Junior College and attended Old Dominion University in Virginia.


FREDERICK, Md. - Michael Swanson and George Warholic have joined the Frederick-based staff of Daft-McCune-Walker Inc., a land planning, design and development firm.

Swanson joined the company as a senior project engineer. He primarily works on the infrastructure associated with new buildings.

Warholic, a senior project landscape architect, primarily provides site analysis, land planning and design for residential, commerical and institutional projects.

Karen Louise Reilly

Karen Louise Reilly, NCMT, RA, recently completed instruction in energy medicine - the study of the human energy field - with Dr. Fernand Poulin of the WhiteWinds Institute of Energy Medicine in Atlanta.

Reilly is a nationally certified massage therapist, a registered aromatherapist, a Tera Mai Seichem and Usui Reiki master and a craniosacral therapist.

She maintains a private practice in Knoxville.

JerrDan Corporation

GREENCASTLE, Pa. - Jeffrey Barbour has been named a distributor support representative for Maryland and Virginia for the JerrDan Corporation.

He will provide sales support, customer service assistance and other support to customers throughout JerrDan's distribution network.

Barbour worked at JerrDan as a college intern and joined the company full time after graduating from Shepherd University in Shepherdstown, W.Va., in 1987. He recently returned to JerrDan after leaving in 1995.

Tyler-Donegan Real Estate Services

URBANA, Md. - Samantha Servey of Tyler-Donegan Real Estate Services Inc. has passed the Maryland Real Estate Exam. She is now a member of the Frederick County, Maryland and National Association of Realtors.

She is a transaction manager, assisting with both commercial and residential real estate transactions.

Julian Coiner has passed the state exam to obtain his broker's license.

A licensed real estate agent and an associate broker, he is a member of the Maryland and Frederick County Association of Realtors and received the Accredited Buyer Representation designation from the Real Estate Buyer's Agent Council Inc. of the National Association of Realtors.

Cosmopolitan Hair Salon

Serena McNemer and Lisa Barnhart of Cosmopolitan Hair Salon in Hagerstown attended educational classes on new cuts and color techniques.

The classes were given by Rusk, Matrix and Aquage.

RE/MAX Enterprises

HEDGESVILLE, W.Va. - Vicki Clark, independent sales associate with RE/MAX Enterprises LLC in Hedgesville, placed seventh among practicing RE/MAX individuals in West Virginia.
