Frontier Craft Days set for this weekend

Be sure to visit Hagerstown City Park this weekend for the 34th annual Jonathan Hager Frontier Craft Days. Visit the park on Saturday and Sunday starting at 11 a.m. for good food, collectable items and Appalachian- style music.

Music offered on Thursdays

While on your lunch hour on Thursdays, stroll through downtown Hagerstown for some lunch and some live tunes. Enjoy music from Denny Spickler beginning at noon for the Thursday noon Plaza Party. Museum to host ensemble concert

Visit the Washington County Museum of Fine Arts for a musical ensemble performance. Shepherd Three: Faculty Woodwind Trio will perform on Sunday, Aug. 6, at 2:30 p.m. Members Anne Munro, flute; Richard Polonchak, bassoon; and Greg Shook, oboe will perform "London in Trio in C Major by Joseph Haydn (1732-1809), Viennese Serenade No. III by Wolfgang Amadeus Mozart (1756-1791), and works by Nikolai Tchereprin (1873-1945) and Antonio Vivaldi (1687-1741) for the annual concert in association with the Department of Music, Shepherd University, Shepherdstown,W.Va.
