BERKELEY SPRINGS, W.Va. - CNB Financial Services Inc., the parent company of Citizens National Bank of Berkeley Springs, has listed a consolidated net income of $726,000 or $1.59 per share for the three months ended June 30. That compared to $599,000 or $1.31 per share for the three months ended June 30, 2005.

FREDERICK, Md. - Daft-McCune-Walker Inc. has opened a new office in Frederick.

The company intends to use the office as a springboard for expanding its presence in Maryland and West Virginia's Eastern Panhandle, according to a release from the company.

DMW is a 90-person firm of land planners, landscape architects, engineers, surveyors and environmental professionals.

The office will be under the direction of Jerry Muir, vice president and general manager.




Fulton Financial Corporation



LANCASTER, Pa. - Fulton Financial Corporation earned $46.7 million for the second quarter ended June 30, a 12.3 percent increase over the same period in 2005.

Diluted net income per share for the quarter increased to 27 cents, an 8.0 percent increase over the 25 cents reported in 2005.

Net income was $90.6 million for the six months ended June 30, a 9.1 percent increase over the same period in 2005.

Diluted net income per share for the first six months of 2006 increased to 52 cents, a 4.0 percent increase over the 50 cents reported in 2005. Total assets on June 30, 2006, were approximately $14.6 billion.
