Lead paint abatementclass to be held

Anyone who removes lead paint in Maryland properties, including homeowners, contracting businesses, supervisors, inspectors and risk assessors, must be trained and registered with the Maryland Department of the Environment (MDE) as a lead paint worker/supervisor.

The Hagerstown Community College Center for Continuing Education will be offering the training for certification on Monday, July 17 and Tuesday, July 18, from 8:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. at the HCC Valley Mall Center.
