Robert M. Hougasian, 35

INWOOD, W.Va. - Robert Michael Hougasian, 35, of Inwood, died Thursday, July 6, 2006, at Winchester (Va.) Medical Center.

Born Nov. 3, 1970, in Alexandria, Va., he was the son of Badrig Hougasian and Marjorie O'Connor Hougasian of Inwood.

He was a member of St. Leo Catholic Church in Inwood.

He participated in the Special Olympics.

In addition to his parents, he is survived by two brothers, Stephen Hougasian of Virginia Beach, Va., and Kenneth Hougasian of Warrenton, Va.; and three sisters, Jennifer Stevenson of Fredericksburg, Va., Mary Hougasian of Inwood, and Julie Jackson of Castle Rock, Colo.

He was preceded in death by one brother, Mark Hougasian.

A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated Monday at 11 a.m. at St. Leo Catholic Church, Inwood. The Rev. Brian Shoda will be celebrant. Burial prayers will be said in St. Leo Cemetery.


The family will receive friends Sunday from 6 to 8 p.m. at South Berkeley Funeral Chapel, Inwood.

Robert T. Rinehart

WOLFSVILLE - Mr. Robert Thomas "Bob" Rinehart, of Wolfsville, died Friday, July 7, 2006, at his home.

He was the husband of Edith "Edie" Hughes Rinehart, whom he married Sept. 12, 1981.

Born March 24, 1935, in Frederick, Md., he was the son of the late Wilbert Harvey and Mamie Marie Kemp Rinehart.

Mr. Rinehart was a well-known volunteer fireman in Frederick County and began volunteering with the Walkersville Fire Co. in 1954. Later, he was a life member of the Independent Hose Co. and the Citizens Truck Co., both of Frederick, and also was a member of the Wolfsville Volunteer Fire Co.

He was a career firefighter with the City of Frederick, where he began working at the Independent Hose Co. on West Church Street in July 1969, and continued working with Company 1 until his retirement from the Frederick County Department of Public Safety, Fire and Rescue in August 1994.

He was an avid fan of "B" Westerns and serials, and frequently attended their film festivals. He also collected Western movies and had amassed a collection of thousands of different titles and formats. He was an avid Orioles, Redskins and former Baltimore Colts fan; and enjoyed working outside and spending his time devoted to his daughter, Stacey.

Besides his wife, he is survived by five children, Stacey Ann Rinehart at home, Debbie Keefer and husband, Ken, of Walkersville, Md., Thomas Rinehart and wife, Sharon, of Myersville, Md., Jeffrey Rinehart and wife, April, of Walkersville, and Robin Rinehart and Allen Moore of North Carolina; six grandchildren, Melissa Hansen, Tara Main, Jessica Rinehart, Crystal Rinehart, Chaz Rinehart and Sean Moore; one great-granddaughter, Morgan Hansen; one brother-in-law, E. Daniel Hughes and wife, Pattie, and nieces, Meghan and Tayler Hughes, all of Wolfsville; eight siblings, Wilbert Edward Rinehart and wife, Faye, of Frederick, Dorothy Delauter and husband, Dan, of Thurmont, Md., Clarence Rinehart and wife, Virginia, of Frederick, Gary Rinehart and wife, Phyllis, of Frederick, Brenda Little and husband, Paul, of Chambersburg, Pa., Charles Rinehart, Joyce Schley and husband, Grant, all of Frederick, and Christopher Rinehart; and numerous nieces and nephews.

He was preceded in death by four siblings, Kenneth Rinehart, Bernard Rinehart, James Rinehart and Patricia Isreal.

The family will receive friends Monday, July 10, from 3 to 5 p.m. and 7 to 9 p.m. at Keeney and Basford Funeral Home, 106 E. Church St., Frederick, where funeral services will be Tuesday, July 11, at 1 p.m. Interment will be in Mount Olivet Cemetery, Frederick.

A memorial service for Marion J. "Michael" Beasley, 60, of Potomac Towers, who died Tuesday, June 20, 2006, will be Tuesday at 5:30 p.m. at the Presbyterian Church of Hagerstown, 20 S. Prospect St., Hagerstown. Intern Pastor Janice Trammell-Savin will officiate.

Priscilla M. Taylor, 80

CHARLES TOWN, W.Va. - Priscilla M. Taylor, 80, of Charles Town, died Thursday, July 6, 2006, at Jefferson Memorial Hospital in Ranson, W.Va.

Born Oct. 20, 1925, in Old Town, Maine, she was the daughter of the late George and Mildred Nadeau Peters.

She was preceded in death by her husband, Thomas W. Taylor Jr., in 1989.

She was a graduate of Old Town High School.

She was a member of St. James Catholic Church in Charles Town.
