WAYNESBORO, Pa. - A Waynesboro man has been charged with three counts of indecent assault and one count each of indecent exposure, stalking and harassment for three separate incidents, including two when he allegedly grasped women's breasts.

Joshua D. Pryor, 24, of 495 S. Potomac St., has posted the $20,000 bail set by Magisterial District Judge David Hawbaker. He has a preliminary hearing scheduled July 3.

Waynesboro police allege a man entered the Mulberry Laundry Center, 14 S. Mulberry St., on the morning of Oct. 22, 2005, walked between two women and grabbed their breasts. He then allegedly walked to the door, turned around and exposed himself to the four women in the business, police said.

The man also used obscene language in asking for a partner for sexual intercourse, police said.

Waynesboro Police Chief Ray Shultz said officers on the same day visited similar businesses and found a woman at The Laundry Station, 321 W. Main St., who alleged a man with a similar description had grabbed her breast. Two men had been in The Laundry Station at the time, he said.

On June 20, 2006, a female jogger reported that a man used obscene language when he approached her in a vehicle on Walnut Street near Memorial Park. That woman ran through the park until she found someone with a cell phone to call police, Shultz said.

"She was very alert and got the registration number of the car," Shultz said. The suspect matched the descriptions provided last October, including a lower lip piercing, he said.

Police obtained a warrant last Wednesday and served it Thursday.
