Friday, June 30

8:30 a.m. to 9:30 a.m.

"Breakfast in Waynesboro"- Recreating the nationally syndicated Tom Breneman show "Breakfast in Hollywood" that was produced in town during the sesquicentennial. The show will be broadcast live on WJEJ radio. $15 tickets on sale at the WaynesboroFest Store.

Saturday, July 1

8 a.m. to 4 p.m.

Grain Cutting - Demonstration at Renfrew Museum and Park. Weather permitting.

9 a.m. to 4 p.m.

Car Show - Main Street will be closed as awards are given to cars, trucks, street rods and motorcycles. Rain Date: Saturday, July 8.

Sidewalk Chalk Contest - Open to children in grades 3 to 6. Register at the WaynesboroFest office or 30 minutes before the contest at 55 W. Main St.

Sunday, July 2

Noon to 5 p.m.

Waynesboro Day at Pen Mar Park.

Monday, July 3

10 a.m.

Battlefield Walk - Battle of Monterey sites led by licensed guide. Begins at Hawley Memorial Presbyterian Church.

7 p.m.

Wayne Band - Performance at Waynesboro Area Middle School.

Tuesday, July 4

All Day

10th annual Summer Jubilee - 5K run, parade, games, live bands and fireworks. Across from Waynesboro Hospital.

Wednesday, July 5

7 p.m.

Pennsylvania Archaeology Slide Show - Findings from Franklin County shown at Waynesboro Area Middle School.

Thursday, July 6

7 p.m.

Pa. National Guard Band concert - 7 p.m. at Waynesboro Area Middle School. Free; tickets required.

Friday, July 7

8 a.m.

Golf Tournament - $75 for greens fees, cart and lunch with shotgun start at Waynesboro Country Club. Tickets required. 717-762-7123.

8 to 11 p.m.

Downtown Dance - "Big Cam & The Lifters" present oldies music at the Eagles Club. $15/couple and $10/single. Tickets required.

Saturday, July 8

8 a.m. to 4 p.m.

Grain Threshing - Demonstration at Renfrew Museum and Park. Weather permitting.

9 a.m.

Tennis Tournament - Mixed doubles tournament with registration one hour prior to start. Weather permitting. $10 per player. 717-762-6012.

Hymn Sing - Area churches participating at Blue Rock Church.

Biblical Echoes from Broadway - Broadway songs that reflect Judeo-Christian beliefs at Trinity United Church of Christ.

Downtown Walking Tour - Led by a local historian, the tour will depart from Center Square.
