James S. Rhoe, 45


JULY 11, 1960-JUNE 24, 2006

CHARLES TOWN, W.Va. - James Steven Rhoe, 45, of Charles Town, and formerly of Brunswick, Md., died Saturday, June 24, 2006, at his home.

Born July 11, 1960, in Ranson, W.Va., he was the son of James W. Rhoe of Charles Town and the late Helga Rhoe.

He was a 1978 graduate of Brunswick High School.

He was an assistant supervisor with the Clark Construction Co. in Bethesda, Md.

He was a member of the National Rifle Association.

He is survived by two daughters, Stephanie L. Rhoe and Jennifer Weatherholtz, both of Martinsburg, W.Va.; one brother, Gary A. Rhoe of Winchester, Va.; his life partner, Sandra Kay Housden at home; and four grandchildren.

He was preceded in death by one brother, Michael Rhoe.

Services will be Tuesday at 10 a.m. at Eackles-Spencer & Norton Funeral Home, Harpers Ferry, W.Va. The Rev. Douglas Fraim will officiate. Burial will be in St. Mary's Cemetery, Petersville, Md.

The family will receive friends Monday from 7 to 9 p.m. at the funeral home.

JULY 19, 1938-JUNE 23, 2006

Della Jane Line, 67, of 20031 Old Forge Road in Hagerstown, died Friday, June 23, 2006, at Washington County Hospital.

Born July 19, 1938, in Leitersburg, she was the daughter of the late Adam and Lula Mary Sowder Green.

She was a homemaker.

She was a member of Kingdom Hall of Jehovah's Witnesses in Hagerstown.

She is survived by her husband of almost 50 years, Lester R. Line; four sons, Robert E. Green, Johnny R. Line and David A. Line, all of Hagerstown, and Donald W. Line of Boonsboro; two sisters, Cora Martz of Mount Lena, and Mary Gisinger of Hagerstown; two brothers, Junior Green and Charles Green, both of Hagerstown; seven grandchildren; and 12 great-grandchildren.

She was preceded in death by four infant children, Linda S. Line, Debrah J. Line, Debbie K. Line and Ronnie L. Line; two sisters; and one brother.

Services will be Tuesday at 1 p.m. at Bast Funeral Home, Boonsboro. Elder Richard G. Myers will officiate.

Burial will be in Boonsboro Cemetery. James Kline will officiate.

Sarah R. Stull, 74


MARCH 22, 1932-JUNE 23, 2006

FUNKSTOWN - Sarah Rebecca Row Stull, 74, of Funkstown, died Friday, June 23, 2006, at Reeders Memorial Home in Boonsboro.

Born March 22, 1932, in Sharpsburg, she was the daughter of the late Roy R. and Sarah Ellen Stoner Row.

Her husband, Walter Leo Stull, died Jan. 7, 1990.

She was a homemaker.

She is survived by one son, David W. Stull of Sharpsburg; two sisters, Annie Nicodemus of Boonsboro, and Esta Richards of Williamsport; and two brothers, William S. Row and Roy R. Row Jr., both of Sharpsburg.

She was preceded in death by one sister, Louise Gatrell.

Graveside services will be Tuesday at 10 a.m. in Fairview Cemetery, Keedysville. The Rev. Ralph Jamison will officiate.

There will be no viewing or visitation.

Harvey M. LeMaster, 91


MAY 22, 1915-JUNE 23, 2006

MARTINSBURG, W.Va. - Harvey Marvin LeMaster, 91, of Martinsburg, died Friday, June 23, 2006.

Born May 22, 1915, in Hedgesville, W.Va., he was the son of the late Harvey Morgan and Clara Mable Donaldson LeMaster.

His wife of 53 years, Mary Burkhart LeMaster, died in 1989.

He attended schools in the Bedington, W.Va., and Marlowe, W.Va., area.

He retired from Martin Marietta after 42 years of service.

He was a member of Pikeside United Methodist Church, where he had been a member of the board of trustees.

He was a member of Junior Order United American Mechanics Council 35 of Martinsburg, and was a volunteer with Meals on Wheels.

He is survived by two daughters, Carol Kamensky and Ruth Ann Dean, both of Martinsburg; two sons, Harvey E. LeMaster of Houston, and Donald LeMaster of Martinsburg; five grandchildren; and three great-grandchildren.

He was preceded in death by two sisters, his twin Margurite Lloyd and Ruth Sharff; and one brother, Wilson LeMaster.

Services will be Tuesday at 1 p.m. at Brown Funeral Home, Martinsburg. The Rev. Michael Marsh will officiate. Burial will be in Falling Waters Presbyterian Cemetery, Spring Mills, W.Va.

The family will receive friends Monday from 7 to 9 p.m. at the funeral home.

Ralph E. Bidle Sr., 87

Ralph E. Bidle Sr., 87, of Southern Oak Drive in Hagerstown, died Friday, June 23, 2006, at his home.

Born Dec. 19, 1918, near Myersville, Md., he was the son of the late Walter S. Bidle Sr. and Virgie G. Gaver Bidle.

He retired from the Southland Corp. as manager of their fleet service department in Fredericksburg, Va. He formerly was employed by O'Boyle Tank Lines as division operations manager.
