MARTINSBURG, W.Va. - Sixteen people have been charged following a "roundup" this week by law enforcement agents, a West Virginia State Police sergeant said Friday.

"These types of 'roundups' will continue until we bring all suspects indicted/charged with drug and/or violent crimes to justice," said Sgt. Eric Burnett, detachment commander for the agency's office in Martinsburg.

The roundup began Wednesday at 6 a.m. and ended about four hours later with 13 arrests. Three of the suspects "called in" and agreed to surrender.

Those charged were 15 West Virginia residents and another from Pennsylvania. Charged were:

· Robin Dorthea Bradford, 58, of Building 6, Apt. 301, Apple Tree Gardens in Ranson, charged with conspiracy to deliver crack cocaine.

· Christopher Cogle, 23, of Route 4, Box 836 in Harpers Ferry, W.Va., charged with delivery of crack cocaine and possession with intent to deliver crack cocaine.

· Cara M. Cromwell, 24, of 114 Barron Drive in Martinsburg, charged with delivery of a controlled substance (heroin).

· Charles Dunn, 47, of 104 Allegheny Ave. in Hanover, Pa., charged with forgery of a credit card fraud (two counts).

· Justin Wayne Green, 20, of 267 Harmony Drive in Falling Waters, W.Va., charged with delivery of a controlled substance (heroin) and obstructing an officer.

· Ronald Lee Hite, 25, of 309 Mall Drive in Martinsburg, charged with three counts of delivery of a controlled substance (Oxycodone).

· Travis Kyle Jordan, 23, of Building 126, Apt. 3, Eclipse Court in Martinsburg, charged with possession with intent to deliver a controlled substance, felony transferring and receiving stolen property.

· Joseph Allen Killian, 24, of 1173 Tub Run Hollow Road in Hedgesville, W.Va., charged with possession with intent to deliver a controlled substance (heroin) and delivery of a controlled substance (heroin).

· Joseph Lee Lockett, 24, of 210 Brilliant Stone Drive in Martinsburg, charged with grand larceny.

· Jamar Wayne McDonald, 24, of Building 6, Apt. 301, Apple Tree Gardens in Ranson, W.Va., charged with distribution of cocaine.

· Thomas Duane McPeak, 26, of 344 Falling Waters Drive in Falling Waters, charged with delivery of a controlled substance (cocaine).

· Cliff Roberts, 42, of 26 Dotson Lane in Martinsburg, charged with failure to register as sex offender (two counts).

· Deanna Shankle, 23, of 344 Falling Waters Drive in Falling Waters, charged with aiding and abetting the delivery of a controlled substance and possession of marijuana.

· Shanna Lee Tederick, 25, of Building 126, Apt. 3, Eclipse Court in Martinsburg, charged with possession with intent to deliver a controlled substance and felony transferring and receiving stolen property.

· Delta Tomblin, 33, of 1266 Specks Run Road in Bunker Hill, W.Va., charged with burglary.

· Brandee Youngblood, 26, of 12369 Valley Road in Berkeley Springs, W.Va., charged with false information to a law enforcement officer concerning a drug-related matter.

State Police were aided in the roundup by members of the agency's bureau of investigations, Eastern Panhandle Drug and Violent Crimes Task Force, U.S. Marshal's Service, Berkeley County Sheriff's Department and Martinsburg Police Department.
