Hira Zeb, 16, of Boonsboro, will be a senior at St. Maria Goretti High School. She likes volleyball, funny movies and the fine arts in any form.

Kyle Lefler, 15, is enjoying her summer and can't wait to be an upperclassman at Boonsboro High School next year.

Stephanie Snyder, 16, will be a sophomore at Boonsboro High School in the fall. She wants school to be a place where all students get a fair shake.

Fedora Copley, 14, lives in Hagerstown and will be a freshman at St. James School in the fall. If she could step back in time, she'd be sure to visit the Renaissance period.

Rowan Copley, 17, of Hagerstown, attends Hagerstown Community College and enjoys film, electronic games and interactive stories.

Matt Newton, 17, studies visual communications at Washington County Technical High School. He draws with state-of-the-art software and with old-fashioned pencils.

Robert Keller, 13, will be a freshman at North High. He can calculate 20 simple problems in 20 seconds or less.
