Elizabeth Kramer, 14, just completed eighth grade at Northern Middle School. She performed with her school's jazz band during Blues Fest.

Caroline Rosenthal, 14, just finished eighth grade at St. Mary School. Her Destination ImagiNation team won a global championship.

Brad Smith, 14, will be a freshman at Boonsboro High School in the fall. He likes video games, comic books and stuff that flies.

Matt Newton, 17, is a visual communications student at Washington County Technical High School. He's an avid X-Men fan.

Stephanie Snyder, 16, attends Boonsboro High School. She enjoys video games, reading, writing and movies with lots of action.

Hannah Tussing, 13, is a home-schooler living in Hagerstown. She read 162 books this past year and still found time to play video games.

Christine Brugh, 13, will attend North Hagerstown High School as a freshmen in the fall. She likes to listen to live music.
