Police filed 53 felony counts of delivery of a controlled substance, 46 counts of criminal use of a communications facility, six counts of delivery of a noncontrolled substance and 14 counts of criminal conspiracy to deliver a controlled substance.

Other charges filed included endangering the welfare of children, theft, possession of a firearm without a license, conspiracy to sell a stolen firearm, altering or obliterating marks of identification, receiving stolen property and possession of a firearm with an obliterated serial number.

The 20 people taken into custody by Thursday afternoon were arraigned before Magisterial District Judge Gary Carter. Police said five already were in Franklin County Prison on other charges and Carter's office said all but one of the 15 other suspects were jailed.
