Fulton County Medical Center

McCONNELLSBURG, Pa. - Fulton County Medical Center has named two people to senior management positions.

Beth Rezzetano, RN, has been named director for the medical center's Home Care program. She will be responsible for the day-to-day functions of the Home Care Department.

Rezzetano, of McConnellsburg, worked in the Home Care Department from 1993 through 2002.

Jack Elvey has been named to the newly created position of safety director.

Elvey, of Needmore, Pa., will assume the role as compliance officer for the hospital, long-term care and home care, which includes employee and patient/resident safety, hospital risk management, HIPPA, OSHA and privacy. He will coordinate and manage a variety of programs and information.

Elvey has worked at FCMC since 1994.

O'Neill Physical Therapy Services

Lorraine O'Neill, physical therapist and owner of O'Neill Physical Therapy Services, recently taught a continuing education class entitled, "Physical Therapy Evaluation and Treatment for Patients with Osteoporosis."


The course was sponsored by the Maryland Chapter of the American Physical Therapy Association and was attended by physical therapists from the mid-Atlantic region.

Premier Property Settlements Inc.

WAYNESBORO, Pa. - Danielle Kneller of Hagerstown has joined Premier Property Settlements Inc. of Waynesboro as settlement manager.

Kneller has five years experience in real estate law and the title industry.

She is a licensed title agent with the State of Maryland, and soon will be a licensed title agent with the State of Pennsylvania.

EXIT Realty Prosperity Group

FREDERICK, Md. - Elena Schultz has joined the Frederick office of EXIT Realty Prosperity Group.

She has experience in real estate and customer service.

William Wise, Correctional Officer II, was named Roxbury Correctional Institution's Employee of the Month for May.

Wise was selected for the award for his punctuality, motivation, professional fortitude and leadership abilities. He is a member of RCI's honor guard and has become a field training officer and a TAC team member.

mTc Construction

David R. Moore of mTc Construction in Hagerstown, recently qualified to become the 24th heater mason to be certified in North America through the Masonry Heater Association.

To obtain the certification, Moore had to demonstrate a working knowledge of relevant housing and fuel burning regulations and sufficient knowledge of masonry work by providing professional credentials deemed acceptable to the MHA.

He also had to provide evidence of working knowledge of masonry heater design and construction. He also achieved a passing score on the MHA certification exam.


MARTINSBURG, W.Va. - TalkRadio WRNR morning man Tom Tucker was named the top talk show host in the Mountain State by the West Virginia Associated Press Broadcasters group during its recent annual convention at Pipestem resort.

Tucker anchors the morning program, "Eastern Panhandle Talk," Monday through Friday mornings on AM 740 and Adelphia Cable Channel 10.

WRNR sports director Matt Miller was selected as state runner-up for Best Sportscasts and Top Sportscaster.

WRNR Radio News was named state runner-up in the Best Public Affairs Programming category.
