3/4 to 1 pound hamburger
1 tablespoon butter
2 tablespoons flour
2 to 3 beef bouillon cubes
1 1/2 cups water
1 onion, chopped
1 green pepper, chopped
In a saucepan, melt butter. Stir in flour to make a paste. Slowly add water and bouillon cubes. Bring to a boil while stirring. Cook a few minutes until sauce is thickened.
