Garden Tortilla Wrap

Cover one 10-inch flour tortilla (may use whole wheat) with rinsed spinach (shredded, torn, or whole leaves).

Add choice of chopped, raw vegetables-such as shredded carrot, sliced or chopped tomato, or pepper strips.

If desired, add 2 tablespoons shredded cheese and 1 thin slice deli turkey

Roll up. Wrap in plastic wrap.

Serves 1.

Per serving: 145 calories, 27 g carbohydrates, 4.5 g protein, 2.5 g fat, 3.5 g fiber.

Reminder: Place Garden Tortilla Wrap and other lunch items in a cooler with an ice pack to keep chilled and safe to eat.
