He was preceded in death by four brothers, Alvin Redmond, Claire Redmond, Walter Redmond and William Redmond.
Services will be Thursday at 1 p.m. at J.L. Davis Funeral Home in Smithsburg. Pastor Richard Daughtridge will officiate.
Burial will be at the convenience of the family.
The family will receive friends today from 7 to 9 p.m. at the funeral home.

ST. THOMAS , Pa. - Clarence E. Walls, 75, of 6991 Lincoln Way West, died Monday, May 15, 2006, at Chambersburg (Pa.) Hospital.
Born Dec. 24, 1930, in Spring Run, Pa., he was the son of the late Walter S. and Ella B. Johnson Walls.
He was employed by Letterkenny Army Depot as a truck driver for more than 30 years. He also was co-owner of Walls Brothers Salvage in St. Thomas.
He was a member of Dietrich-Brechbill American Legion Post 612 of St. Thomas.
He is survived by his wife, Selma A. Larson Walls, whom he married Feb. 16, 1952; one daughter, Bonnie L. Kessel of Valdosta, Ga.; two sons, Mark E. Walls of Chambersburg and Randy C. Walls of St. Thomas; five brothers, Lester Walls, Samuel Walls, Wayne Walls Sr. and Carl Walls Sr., all of St. Thomas, and Glenn Walls of Fayetteville, Pa.; five grandchildren; one great-grandson; nieces; and nephews.
He was preceded in death by three sisters, Mary Walls, Esther Good and Dorothy Everett; three brothers, Robert Walls, Norman Walls and Clair Walls Sr.; and three great-grandchildren.
Services will be Friday at 10 a.m. at Thomas L. Geisel Funeral Home in Chambersburg. The Rev. Harold Yeager and the Rev. Clarence W. Dehart Jr. will officiate. Burial will be in Parklawns Memorial Gardens in Chambersburg.
The family will receive friends Thursday from 7 to 9 p.m. and Friday from 9 to 10 a.m. at the funeral home.

MOOREFIELD, W.Va. - Ruth Vetter Neff, 92, of 2894 S. Fork Road, died Monday, May 15, 2006, at E. A. Hawse Nursing Home in Baker, W.Va.
Born Nov. 3, 1913, in Hardy County, W.Va., she was the daughter of the late Brady S. Vetter and Anna Randolph Vetter.
She was preceded in death by her husband, Wilmer Neff.
She was a homemaker.
She was a member of Moorefield Presbyterian Church.
She is survived by one son, Ronald Neff of Hagerstown; two grandsons, Tyler Neff of Middletown, Md., and Randy Neff of Haymarket, Va.; and four great-granddaughters.
She was preceded in death by one son, Donald Neff; three brothers, Randolph Vetter, Brady Vetter Jr. and Charles Vetter; and one granddaughter.
Services will be Thursday at 11 a.m. at Elmore Funeral Home in Moorefield. The Rev. Katherine Jackson will officiate. Burial will follow in Olivet Cemetery in Moorefield.

MARTINSBURG, W.Va. - Justin James Hobday, 25, of Martinsburg, died Monday, May 15, 2006.
Born June 10, 1980, in Winchester, Va., he was the son of Cynthia Jo Coleman May and the stepson of Boyd May.
He was a 1998 Martinsburg High School graduate. He attended the Art Institute of Pittsburgh, ITT in Chantilly, Va., and Hagerstown Business College.
He had been a volunteer at the Berkeley County Humane Society.
In addition to his mother and stepfather, he is survived by three stepsisters, Tara May, Rachael May and Reagan May, all of Martinsburg; one aunt; one uncle; and two cousins.
He was preceded in death by his maternal grandparents, James J. Coleman and June Coleman.
