Annabelle Hensley, 80

Annabelle Hensley, 80, of Hagerstown, passed away Friday, May 5, 2006, at Washington County Hospital.
Born Nov. 3, 1925, in Pennington Point, Ill., she was the daughter of the late John C. and Nellie Ruthe Farr.
She had worked as a key punch operator for Caterpillar Co. in Peoria, Ill., and for the Frick Co. in Waynesboro, Pa.
She was a member of Grace Brethren Church, Hagerstown.
She is survived by her husband, Hobert W. Hensley; one daughter, Nancy L. Crouse of Martinsburg, W.Va.; four sisters, Mable L. Ellis, Eleanor VanDerWall and Vernadeen Cook, all of Canton, Ill., and Bernadeen Ramberger of Muscatine, Iowa; and two brothers, Dale H. Farr and Dalmer E. Farr, both of Canton.
In addition to her parents, she also was preceded in death by her husband, Alvey M. Long; one brother, Verla Farr; and one granddaughter, Lisa Anne Patterson.
Funeral services will be conducted at Rest Haven Funeral Chapel, Hagerstown, on Thursday, May 11, 2006, at 1 p.m. with the Rev. Dean P. Pryor officiating.
Interment will follow in Rest Haven Cemetery.
The family will receive friends Wednesday from 6 to 8 p.m. at the funeral home.

Judith A. Rodino, 68

HACKETTSTOWN, N.J. - Judith A. Glaize Rodino, 68, of Hackettstown, and formerly of Charles Town, W.Va., died Monday, May 8, 2006, at her home.
Born April 27, 1938, in Ranson, W.Va., she was the daughter of the late Martin and Thelma Darr Glaize.
She was a graduate of Charles Town High School.
She was a former meeting planner for 10 years for Taylored Meetings in Cedar Knolls.
She is survived by two daughters, Donna Tatarka of Hackettstown and Lisa Rodino of Cranby, Conn.; one sister, Donna F. Johnson of Harpers Ferry, W.Va.; and five grandchildren.
She was preceded in death by two brothers, Samuel Glaize and Dennis Glaize.
Services will be Friday at 11 a.m. at Melvin T. Strider Colonial Funeral Home, Charles Town. The Rev. Douglas Fraim will officiate. Burial will be in Pleasant View Memory Gardens in Martinsburg, W.Va.
Visitation will be Friday from 9 to 11 a.m. at the funeral home.

Harriet S. McMahon, 73

CHARLES TOWN, W.Va. - Harriet Spahr McMahon, 73, of Charles Town, died Monday, May 8, 2006, at her home.
Born April 2, 1933, in Lancaster, Pa., she was the daughter of the late Henry Spahr Small and Charlotte Hatton Small.
She was preceded in death by her husband, Edmund T. McMahon.
She was formerly a mail carrier with the U.S. Postal Service.
She is survived by one daughter, Helen Rinaldi of Charles Town; one son, Mark Rhoda of Leonardtown, Md.; one granddaughter, Tori Rinaldi; and two grandsons, Scott McKinney and Matthew McKinney.
She was preceded in death by two daughters.
Services will be Thursday at 11 a.m. at Eackles-Spencer & Norton Funeral Home, Charles Town/Harpers Ferry. Burial will be in Arlington National Cemetery.
The family will receive friends one hour prior to the services Thursday.
Shirley J. Bright, 63

NEEDMORE, Pa. - Shirley Jeane Bright, 63, of 4235 Timber Ridge Road, Needmore, Pa., went to sing with the heavenly choir on Monday, May 8, 2006, at Washington County Hospital, Hagerstown.
Born Wednesday, Feb. 10, 1943, in Nashville, Tenn., she was the daughter of the late Lynn Eckert Rosenburg and the late Clara Gladys Hooten Rosenburg.
She was a 1961 graduate of Dundalk High School.
She was formerly employed with Allegany Optical.
She was a member of the Berkeley Springs Church of Christ and also formerly the Church of Christ in Hagerstown.
Shirley also volunteered as chorus director at Maugansville Elementary for many years. She was a former member of the Hagerstown Choral Arts Society and the Berkeley Springs Community Choir.
