Deb Gorbsky has been named site president and customer service director for Citigroup's operations center in Hagerstown.
She replaces Michael Di-Sciullo, who recently moved to a position with Citigroup at the CitiFinancial headquarters in Baltimore.
In her new role, Gorbsky will be responsible for the Customer Service function in Hagerstown, and as site president she will be responsible for the overall operation of the Citigroup Hagerstown site.
Gorbsky started her career with Universal Cards in Jacksonville, Fla., in 1995 as a customer service associate and was promoted to unit manager the following year.
She became an operations manager in 1999.
In 2002, Gorbsky won Citigroup's prestigious Chairman's Leadership Award for her exceptional leadership and team performance, according to a prepared release.
