Claws crack Suns

Lakewood scored four runs in the sixth inning, keyed by back-to-back doubles by John Castellano and Clay Harris, to notch a 5-4 victory Friday over the Hagerstown Suns.

The BlueClaws came back from a 4-1 deficit by gettiing to reliever Ryan Meyers (0-3).

The Suns scored two runs in the fourth and sixth innings to grab the 4-1 lead.

The Suns scored on a pair of infield plays in the fourth to take a 2-1 lead.

Leivi Ventura singled home one run in the sixth and Johnathan Sanchez scored when Jose Castro reached on an error for the three-run lead.

Jeremy Slayden gave the BlueClaws a 1-0 lead in the second with a leadoff home run off starter Jacobo Neguilis.
