Shelley Moore Capito, R-W.Va., second from left, recognizes recipients of the President's Volunteer Service Awards during a luncheon Monday to honor volunteers at City Hospital in Martinsburg, W.Va. From left are Ruth Ann Grubbs, Capito, Ruth Ann Painter and Dorothy Anderson. Grubbs performed 735 hours of volunteer service in 2005, Painter performed 882 hours and Anderson performed 739 hours of service in 2005, according to a news release. Monday's luncheon honored the hospital's hundreds of volunteers. A similar luncheon will be held Wednesday to honor volunteers at Jefferson Memorial Hospital in Ranson, W.Va.
