How did you get into your business, or what motivated you to start it?: "I was looking for a part-time business and I observed children spinning at the Maryland Sheep and Wool Festival and thought 'If they can spin, then I can spin.' I love the fiber and the rabbits. It was a good match with my love of crocheting."

Previous business experience: "I learned to crochet as a child and have been crocheting since then. We both come from farming backgrounds. We have been raising and showing Angora rabbits for 12 years and have won national competitions with our rabbits. We have also been raising Finn sheep for four years."

Hours: Open most Sundays and weeknights, but please call ahead. Closed Saturdays.
