At noon, a 2002 green Dodge Durango was entered while parked at Valley Mall. An Acer laptop computer was reported stolen. The laptop was valued at $1,900.

Teen charged in assault, purse theft
FAYETTEVILLE, Pa. - Pennsylvania State Police charged a 17-year-old boy with attacking a woman and stealing her purse Tuesday night.
Police said Rita Naugle, 61, address unavailable, of Fayetteville was outside Rite Aid, at 4015 Lincoln Way East in Fayetteville, at 7:30 p.m. when a male approached her from behind and grabbed her purse.
Naugle fell to the ground and struck her head, police said.
The robber then ran north in the direction of Main Street, police said.
The boy was charged with robbery, simple assault and theft by unlawful taking, police said. He was taken into custody and relinquished to the Franklin County Juvenile Probation Department.
Naugle was treated at Chambersburg Hospital and released, according to a hospital spokeswoman.
Tractor-trailer hits signs, parked cars
CHAMBERSBURG, Pa. - Borough police said damage was minor from a Tuesday night accident in which a tractor-trailer struck two street signs and four parked vehicles.
Police said the accident happened at 11:56 p.m. in the 300 and 400 blocks of South Second Street. Police said the unidentified driver of the tractor-trailer experienced an undetermined medical problem that caused him to black out.
W.Va. man charged with drug crimes
A Martinsburg, W.Va., man was charged with having nearly two grams of marijuana in his possession Wednesday afternoon.
Maryland State Police charged David Edward Burger with drug possession, driving with a suspended license, possession of drug paraphernalia and possession of a handgun.
Burger was stopped on Interstate 81 at Salem Avenue about 1:30 p.m.
Fuel tank ruptured in U.S. 15 collision
FREDERICK, Md. - A tractor-trailer driven by a Hagerstown man collided with a vehicle driven by a Fairfield, Pa., man Wednesday afternoon in Frederick County, Md.
Austin Stup of Hagerstown was driving a tractor-trailer and was crossing the north lanes of U.S. 15 from Md. 76 when a vehicle approaching the intersection was unable to avoid colliding with the tractor-trailer, Maryland State Police said.
Christopher Haubert of Fairfield was driving a 1995 Chevrolet Blazer north on U.S. 15, police said.
The tractor-trailer's left fuel tank was struck. The tractor-trailer continued through a paved crossover and across southbound lanes of U.S. 15, stopping at Saint Anthony's Road, police said.
The fuel tank ruptured upon impact and fuel spilled across the crossover and several lanes.
Police said southbound U.S. 15 was closed for nearly four hours while hazardous materials units from Maryland Department of the Environment cleared the fuel spill.
Stup was issued a citation for failing to yield right of way to Haubert, police said.
Both drivers were taken to hospitals for minor injuries. Stup was taken to Frederick Memorial Hospital, police said.
Haubert was taken to Gettysburg (Pa.) Hospital.
