He is survived by his wife, Dorothy Winter "Dot" Cessna Lucas, whom he married April 7, 1946; two daughters, Sherry L. Morris of Bluffton, S.C., and Kristie A. Melvin of Frederick, Md.; three grandchildren; one great-grandson; one aunt, and cousins.
Services will be at the convenience of the family. Burial will be at the convenience of the family in Hillcrest Memorial Park, Cumberland.
It was his request to have no public viewing.

FORT LOUDON, Pa. - Edna K. Rosenberry, 81, of 13395 Lincoln Way West, died Wednesday, March 29, 2006, at Chambersburg (Pa.) Hospital.
Born Sept. 21, 1924, in Mercersburg, Pa., she was the daughter of the late Guy and M. Esther Truax Zeger.
She was employed for 15 years by World Kitchens in Greencastle, Pa.
She was a Protestant.
She is survived by four daughters, Mary Sipes of Greencastle, Shelley Narmi of Phoenix, Dawn Miller of Mercersburg, Pa., and Kyna Diaz of Shippensburg, Pa.; four sons, Gary Rosenberry of Willow Hill, Pa., William Rosenberry and Howard Rosenberry, both of Fort Loudon, and Douglas Rosenberry of Greencastle; one sister, Vonny Shatzer of Mercersburg; two brothers, Warren Zeger of Greencastle and John Zeger of Fort Loudon; 14 grandchildren; and nine great-grandchildren.
She was preceded in death by one son, Lonnie G. Rosenberry; and one grandson.
Services will be Monday at 10 a.m. at Lininger-Fries Funeral Home in Mercersburg. The Rev. Floyd E. Myers will officiate. Burial will be in Parklawns Memorial Gardens in Chambersburg.
Visitation will be Sunday from 7 to 9 p.m. at the funeral home.
Rozena A. Taylor, 72

WAYNESBORO, Pa. - Rozena Anne Washington Taylor, 72, of 121 Harbaugh Ave., died Monday, March 27, 2006 at Waynesboro Hospital.
Born March 21, 1934, in Waynesboro, she was the daughter of Estelle Mae Waltz Dennis of Waynesboro and the late Charles William Washington.
She was a 1953 graduate of Waynesboro High School.
Prior to retirement in 1994, she was a clerk with West Penn Power Company (Allegheny Energy), Waynesboro, for 23 years.
She was a member of St. Paul A.M.E. Church in Waynesboro, a member of Snowden/Waltz Missionary Society of the church and served as church clerk and church treasurer.
In addition to her mother, she is survived by her husband, George Edward Taylor, whom she married April 16, 1982; one daughter, Julie R. Washington Smith of Falls Church, Va.; three sons, Phillip Lewis of St. Petersburg, Fla., Kevin P. Washington of Columbia, S.C. and Gordon A. Washington of Englewood, N.J.; one sister, Estelle Carter of Baltimore; four brothers, Col. Charles W. Washington Jr. of Bowie, Md., William T. Dennis of Baltimore, Jon V. Dennis Sr. of Waynesboro and Douglas A. Dennis Sr. of Galt, Calif.; two grandchildren; aunts; uncles; nieces; nephews; and cousins.
She was preceded in death by one sister, Ruth Dennis Dell; and three grandsons.
Services will be Tuesday at 1 p.m. at St. Paul A.M.E. Church, Waynesboro. The Rev. Jahkimmo F. Smith will officiate. Burial will be in Green Hill Cemetery, Waynesboro.
It was her request to have no public viewing, but the family will receive friends Tuesday one hour prior to services at the church.

Arthur Edwin "Tater" Nye Jr., 77, of 17423 Amber Drive, Hagerstown, died Wednesday, March 29, 2006, at his home.
Born Jan. 24, 1929, in Hagerstown, he was the son of the late Arthur Edwin Nye Sr. and Gladys Evelyn Snyder Nye.
He was retired from M. P. Moller, where he was employed for 43 1/2 years.
He was a member of St. Andrew Presbyterian Church.
