Crossroads Church to host coffehouse, music, games

March 28, 2006

Crossroads Church will host a free coffeehouse on Friday featuring Christian bands, food and games at the former Hagerstown Cinema 10 on Leitersburg Pike.

The event, which will be held from 7 to 10 p.m., is being hosted by the Crossbearers youth ministry and Testify Outreach at the church, which meets at the theater building at 20135 Leitersburg Pike.

Both groups look to minister and reach the hurting youth and meet their needs.

The bands will include F-5 Righteous, Rest Assured, Kit Skipper and the T.O. Worship Team.

A concession stand will sell hot dogs, popcorn, nachos and cheese, candy, sodas, water and coffee.

Table games will include pool, air hockey and foosball.

There also will be giveaways.

On April 7, Crossroads Church will hold an evening of prayer, teaching and worship with Al Thomas.

On April 15, there will be a community carnival and egg hunt. This is a free event with food, games, prizes, music and an egg hunt.
