Club news, fundraisers and reunion notices are published Sundays, free to the public, to announce meetings and other planned activities.

Announcements must be submitted in writing and received at The Herald-Mail office two weeks prior to the event or reservation deadline.

Announcements should include the name and telephone number of the person providing the information.

Items can be mailed to Community page, The Herald-Mail Co., P.O. Box 439, Hagerstown, MD 21741; delivered to The Herald-Mail offices at 100 Summit Ave. in Hagerstown; faxed to 301-714-0245; or sent via e-mail to community@herald-mail.com. Do not send attachments or Microsoft Word documents.
