Corrections

March 10, 2006

Due to an editor's error, a headline with a brief on page A12 of Wednesday's Morning Herald referred to an incorrect organization. The headline should have read "EMS lists February calls."

The Herald apologizes for the mistake.

Clarification

A story on page A2 of Thursday's Morning Herald should have said the City of Hagerstown could not provide the number of warnings the Hagerstown Police Department issued between Nov. 1, 2005, and Jan. 31, 2006, to motorists stopped for driving vehicles with expired registration. The city did provide the combined number of warnings it issued in 2005 and for the month of January 2006, and offered to make those warnings available for inspection. The city said that number of warnings is between 1,500 and 2000.
