Found animals

The following animals recently were found and taken to the Humane Society of Washington County.

If you think your pet is among those listed, you may visit the Humane Society of Washington County at 13011 Maugansville Road.

Shelter hours Tuesday and Thursday from noon to 7 p.m.; Wednesday and Friday from noon to 5 p.m.; and Saturday from 10 a.m. to 4 p.m. These animals might be made available for adoption after five days.

Cats

No. 30 - Young adult, orange tabby, found on Salem Church Road.

No. 31 - Young adult, black and brown tabby with white, found in Halfway Manor.

No. 33 - Adult, white, found on South Mont Valla Avenue.

No. 35 - Young adult, black and brown tabby, found on Iris Court.

No. 36 - Young adult, gray and black tabby, found on Broadfording Road.

No. 43 - Young adult, gray and black tabby, found at Deer Lodge MHP.

Dogs

No. 20 - Terrier mix, young adult, black, white and brown, found on Haven Road.

No. 22 - Chow mix, adult, red, found on Memorial Boulevard.

No. 27 - Flat-coat retriever mix, puppy, black, found on West Washington Street.

No. 28 - Lab mix, puppy, black, found on Leitersburg Pike.

No. 29 - Border collie mix, adult, black and white spotted, found on Leitersburg Pike.

No. 41 - Lab, young adult, black, found at Hagerstown Community College.

No. 42 - Terrier mix, young adult, cream, found on Church Street.
