St. John's Episcopal Church, Hagerstown, the Rev. Scott Bellows will preach at the 8 and 10:15 a.m. communion services this Sunday. The Great Litany will be read responsively at the early service and sung at the later service. The parish choir will present music at the later service.

Christian education is at 9 a.m. The adult forum is also at 9 a.m. with Bill Lucht speaking on Temptation.

At 5 p.m. Sunday, the parish choir will present an evensong program with choral and organ music.

St. Mark's Lutheran Church, the Rev. David B. Kaplan will be preaching this Sunday at the 8 a.m. chapel and 10:30 a.m. communion worship services on the topic, Beastly Setting.

Sunday school for all ages begins at 9:15 a.m.

The Wednesday Lenten service begins at 7 p.m. with theme Beatitudes of Jesus - Blessed are those who mourn.

St. Paul's United Methodist Church, Smithsburg, Pastor Mark Mooney will preach at the 9:30 a.m. service this Sunday on the topic, What's It All About? There will be a skit on Noah's Ark.
