Northrop Grumman scholarships

Northrop Grumman Corporation will continue to accept applications through March 31 for its fourth annual Engineering Scholars program.

The company's Baltimore-based Electronic Systems sector is providing college scholarships totaling $240,000 in this school year to promising high school seniors throughout Maryland who are interested in studying engineering.

A $10,000 scholarship will be awarded this spring to one student in every Maryland county and in Baltimore City. Application forms have been sent to all Maryland high schools. Students can obtain an information packet from their school guidance office or a www.es.northropgrumman.com.

Candidates must plan to attend an accredited college or university as a full time student in an approved engineering program. The scholarship can be used for tuition, books, lodging and meals.
