SESCO to rig Macks for USPS

February 19, 2006

MONT ALTO, Pa. - SESCO, of Mont Alto, has received a purchase order from Mack Trucks Inc. to design, manufacture and install electrical fault simulators on four Mack trucks purchased by the United States Postal Service.

The postal service will use the electrical fault simulators as a tool to train their truck technicians to correctly diagnose and repair electrical faults, according to a release from SESCO.

When the electrical fault simulators are installed and the project complete, the trucks will be taken to the USPS training center in Norman, Okla., the release says.

SESCO manufactures custom-wired devices such as wiring harnesses and cable assemblies, among other things.
