Total FitnessSpecialists Inc.

Health and fitness professionals have joined the training staff of Total Fitness Specialists Inc., which is inside Gold's Gym in Hagerstown.

Jeff Hartman has been a personal trainer with Total Fitness Specialists for two years and recently was appointed assistant director.

He is a 2005 graduate of Shepherd University with a degree in physical and health education. He is a certified personal trainer through American Fitness Professionals and Associates.

Revonda Montoya joined the staff a few months ago. An experienced ACE-certified personal trainer, she specializes in cardiac rehabilitation and post-rehabilitation of athletic injury.

She was awarded the IDEA Advanced Personal Trainer Award in 2004 and is nominated for the American Council of Exercise (ACE) award for 2006. Other certifications include Pilates and Special Populations.


Charlene Bridger joined the staff several months ago and is a certified health and fitness specialist and nutrition consultant through the National Academy of Health and Fitness.

She is working on her doctor of naturopath (ND) degree.

WVU Hospitals-East

MARTINSBURG, W.Va. - Richard H. Holsclaw has been named the divisional director of information systems for West Virginia University Hospitals-East.

Holsclaw has more than 30 years of health system management experience, most recently working as the chief information officer for Greater Southeast Community Hospital/Doctors Community Healthcare Corp. in the Washington, D.C., area.

He has held both senior level and operational level positions within various health systems, and has overseen system implementations and held project management roles.

Holsclaw has a B.S. degree in engineering mathematics and an M.S. degree in systems engineering from the University of Arizona in Tucson.

CoxHollida LLP

MARTINSBURG, W.Va. - CoxHollida LLP announced the promotion of several staff members.

Kristy Griffith, CPA, has been promoted to supervisor. A graduate of West Virginia University, she joined the firm in January 1999.

Her concentration with the firm is in the auditing field.

Brent Yost has been promoted to in-charge accountant. He has a degree in accounting from Shepherd University, formerly Shepherd College, and a master of professional accounting degree from West Virginia University.

Yost, who joined the firm in 2003 as a staff accountant, specializes in auditing.

The Millennium Financial Group

FREDERICK, Md. - Emily O'Hara has been appointed a mortgage specialist for The Millennium Financial Group.

She has a bachelor's degree from Mount St. Mary's University in Emmitsburg, Md.

First National Bank of Greencastle

GREENCASTLE, Pa. - The First National Bank of Greencastle has hired Michael Russo as security officer.

Russo will be responsible for the duties of security management for the bank and its 10 offices in Franklin County, Pa., and Washington County.

Russo attended California (Pa.) University and graduated from the Central Atlantic Advanced School of Banking at Bucknell University. He has completed several American Institute of Banking courses and continuing education courses at Shippensburg (Pa.) University.

Russo also holds a life, health, property and casualty insurance license and received the commercial lines coverage specialist designation from The Hartford School of Insurance. He formerly worked for the bank from 1990 to 2000.

Paulette Thomas, a 15-year employee of The First National Bank of Greencastle, recently was promoted to assistant branch manager of the Shady Grove, Pa., office.

Thomas, of Waynesboro, Pa., began her career with the bank at its Quincy, Pa., office in 1989, working as a teller and customer service representative for 11 years.

From 2001 to 2004, she was a customer service supervisor at the Greencastle, Waynesboro, and Chambersburg, Pa., offices. In August 2004, she was assigned to the Shady Grove office as customer service supervisor.

As assistant branch manager, she will be responsible for overseeing the daily operation of the branch, supervising and scheduling staff and growing business for the office.

Exit Realty Prosperity Group

FREDERICK, Md. - James Sulser has joined the Exit Realty Prosperity Group's Frederick office.

Sulser, of Sharpsburg, has been in the local residential heating and air conditioning business for 15 years.


Sue Sowers, office secretary II in the Case Management Department, and Lou Ann Eichelberger, secretary in the Education Department, were recognized as MCI-Hagerstown's Employees of the Month for their team effort in the organization of the Hurricane Katrina Fund.

Maryland Gov. Robert Ehrlich noted their efforts.
