A Cleveland company received a contract Tuesday to design a fourth cell at Washington County's Forty West Landfill.

The County Commissioners awarded the contract to URS Corp. for $130,500.

The contract includes a number of other tasks by URS, including analyzing the life span of the landfill.

The cell's construction is scheduled to be completed in December 2007.
