Man charged after traffic stop

FREDERICK, Md. -

A Frederick man was charged Friday with driving on a suspended license and possession with intent to use drug paraphernalia following a traffic stop in Frederick, according to release from the Frederick County Sheriff's Office.

Terrance J. Oney, 25, was arrested Friday about 10:16 a.m. by Deputy Trevor Hajjar after being stopped for driving with an expired registration and making an unsafe lane change on an exit ramp to Jefferson Street, according to the release.

A check through the Motor Vehicle Administration revealed Oney was driving on a suspended license, and a search of his car turned up drug paraphernalia, according to the release.

Oney later was transported to the Frederick County Adult Detention Center for processing, according to the release.
