FROSTBURG, Md. - Ricardo Lovelace had 14 points, 12 rebounds and eight assists as Hagerstown Community College defeated Anne Arundel 88-74 in the Pepsi Challenge on Saturday at Frostburg State University.
Derrick Fields scored 22 points, while Momodou Jobe had 15 points and eight assists and Lamar Richburg had 12 points for HCC (10-11).
Glenville 85, Shepherd 80
SHEPHERDSTOWN, W.Va. - Glenville State made 30 of 39 free throws to pull away from Shepherd University in WVIAC play.
Ray McKeithan led the Pioneers (7-13, 6-5) with 32 points, including 10-for-10 shooting from the free-throw line and four 3-pointers.
Darren Stackhouse led the Rams (11-10, 6-7) with 29 points and 16 rebounds. Yves Moliva added 26 points and Donald Thomas had 15 points.
