The Washington County Commission on Aging offers noon lunches to anyone 60 years and older at seven locations - Hancock, Smithsburg, Keedysville, Williamsport and three in Hagerstown.
A two-day reservation notice is required and a donation is asked per meal. For information, call 301-790-0275.
Weekly menu
Wednesday - Stuffed peppers, succotash, cucumber-and-onion salad, peaches, whole-grain bread and milk.
Thursday - Baked taco mac casserole with beans, creamy lettuce, banana, corn muffin and milk.
Friday - Shrimp poppers, macaroni and cheese, broccoli, stewed tomatoes, pudding and milk.
Monday - Salisbury steak, mashed potatoes with gravy, peas, mandarin oranges, whole-grain bread and milk.
Tuesday - BBQ grilled chicken, mixed vegetables, baked beans, applesauce, orange juice, whole-grain bread and milk.
