Benevola United Methodist Church, Boonsboro, the Rev. Helen Steiner Smith will be speaking at the 9 and 11:15 a.m. services this Sunday on the topic, Knowledge As Power. The Benevola gospel choir will provide music at the early service.

Hagerstown Christ's Reformed Church, the Rev. Leroy Jackson, pastor of Ebenezer AME Church, will be speaking at the 9:30 a.m. service this Sunday for the 9th annual joint worship of the two congregations. A joint choir will bring music.

The Revs. Rebecca Hoover and Don Stevenson will be liturgists and Lorraine Barkdoll will give the children's message. A hospitality period will follow the worship service.

Church school for all ages is at 11 a.m.




Manor Church of the Brethren, Pastor Joy Zepp will preach on the topic, Perk It Up, at the 10:30 a.m. service this Sunday. John Golden is worship leader. The Manor choir will bring music.
