Woman, two juveniles to be charged

GREENCASTLE, Pa. - A woman and two juveniles have been charged with theft after the woman reported cash was stolen at the convenience store where she worked, according to Pennsylvania State Police.

Misty Dianna Dawn Phillips, 22, of 426 Hykes Road was also charged with criminal conspiracy and corruption of minors, police said. An unidentified 17-year-old girl and 16-year-old boy were charged as juveniles with theft and criminal conspiracy, police said.

Police said Phillips reported two males in black clothing stole about $400 from the Molly Pitcher Convenience Mart at 13640 Molly Pitcher Highway at about 8 p.m.

Police said Phillips gave them conflicting statements and allege she conspired with the juveniles to take cash from the register and lottery drawer. Police said $1,157 was recovered from the juveniles.
