Movies opening this week

"Annapolis" (PG-13) - A young man from the wrong side of the tracks realizes his dream when he is accepted to the U.S. Naval Academy in Annapolis. But once there, he isn't sure he can measure up to the best and the brightest. Starring James Franco, Jordana Brewster, Vicellous Reon Shannon, Donnie Wahlberg and Tyrese Gibson.

"Big Momma's House 2"(PG-13) - Master-of-disguise FBI special agent Malcolm Turner goes undercover again as Big Momma to nail his ex-partner's murderer. While undercover in the home of the suspected criminal, Malcolm grows attached to the suspect's three children. Starring Martin Lawrence, Nia Long, Zachary Levi, Emily Procter and Mark Moses.

"Nanny McPhee" (PG) - A new nanny enters the household of the recently widowed Mr. Brown and attempts to tame his seven ill-behaved children. The children have already managed to drive away 17 nannies, but Nanny McPhee is different and magical. Starring Emma Thompson, Colin Firth, Angela Lansbury, Kelly Macdonald and Thomas Sangster.

HCC Continuing Education's Valley Mall satellite center


The marathon will feature a high-speed local area network (LAN) and head-to-head competition and will offer an opportunity for gamers to meet other players and share strategy.
