Sharpsburg Town Council Monday meeting canceled

The Sharpsburg Town Council did not hold its regular meeting Monday night.

Mayor Hal R. Spielman said the meeting was canceled due to an illness in a council member's family.

The council will meet Jan. 9 at 7:30 p.m., Spielman said.
