SHEPHERDSTOWN, W.Va. - Coldwell Banker Premier Properties & Premier Homes announced that Bob Butler, a sales associate in the Shepherdstown office, recently was honored by the West Virginia Association of Realtors with the prestigious Mary Pauley Award.

The award is given annually to a WVAR member who has been exceptionally active in community service.

Butler's community service includes membership in the Berkeley County Farm Bureau for 50 years. He has served as an officer on both the local and state levels and has been recognized for recruiting new members.

Butler has been a member of the Berkeley County Planning Commission, played a role in the Berkeley County Youth Fair, and volunteers with Meals on Wheels, among other activities.
