Dingle-Hobby



Meghan Kelsey Hobby and Kyle Benjamin Dingle were married Saturday, June 25, 2005, at Rouzerville United Methodist Church in Pennsylvania.

The bride is the daughter of Emily Hobby of Hagerstown and Richard Hobby of Ashburn, Va. The bridegroom is the son of Vernon and Dawn Dingle of Smithsburg.

The bride is a 2000 graduate of Williamsport High School, and a graduate of Hagers-town Community College. She is attending Shippensburg University to obtain additional degrees in social work.

The bridegroom is a 2000 graduate of Smithsburg High School, and a graduate of Hagerstown Community College. He received a degree in elementary education from Towson University. He is employed with Washington County Public Schools, working at Maugansville Elementary School.

Neff-Cline



Kayla Marlene Cline and Eric Todd Neff were married Sunday, June 26, 2005, at the Western Maryland Sportsmen's Club.

The bride is the daughter of Lola Cline of Williamsport and Jesse Cline of Cumberland, Md. She is the granddaughter of Don and Marlene Purdham of Williamsport. The bridegroom is the son of Linda Neff of Hagerstown and the late John William Neff Jr. He is the grandson of the late Garnetta and Leroy Lockard.

The bride received a certified nursing assistant and geriatric nursing assistant license at Williamsport Retirement Village. She is employed with Beverly Health Care Center.

The bridegroom is employed with Bowman Inc. of Hagerstown.

They live in Hagerstown.




Manion-Blair



Victoria Marie Blair and Jimmy Lee Manion III were married Saturday, Sept. 3, 2005, at Hagerstown City Park in Hagers-town.

The bride is the daughter of Donna Eiland and Gary Blair Sr. of Hagerstown. The bridegroom is the son of Debra and Jimmy Manion Jr. of Sharpsburg.

The bride is a 2002 graduate of Williamsport High School and a 2005 graduate of Hagerstown Community College. She is employed as a teller with M&T Bank in Hagerstown.

The bridegroom is a 2000 graduate of Williamsport High School. He is employed as a technical analyst with First Data in Hagerstown.

They live in Hagerstown.




Osborne-Ernst



Erika Autumn Ernst and Chuck Osborne Jr. were married Saturday, Oct. 15, 2005, at St. Paul's Lutheran Church in Clear Spring.

The bride is the daughter of Greg and Paula Ernst of Clear Spring. The bridegroom is the son of Chuck and Debbie Osborne of Hagerstown.

The bride is a 2004 graduate of Clear Spring High School in Clear Spring, and is pursuing a bachelor's degree in music education at Shepherd University in Shepherdstown, W.Va. The bridegroom is a 2004 graduate of North Hagerstown High School. He is employed with Ernst Market in Clear Spring.

They live in Clear Spring.
