MARTINSBURG, W.Va. - Police have identified the second of four men involved in a fatal shooting in Martinsburg nearly two months ago, and believe he is in New York City, according to the Martinsburg Police Department.

An arrest warrant has been issued charging John Grant - previously known only as "Butter" - with murder. Grant has claimed several different dates of birth, with one putting him at 21 years old, Martinsburg Police Department Detective Sgt. George Swartwood said.

Grant, who police said lives in the Bronx, is charged with shooting Donald L. "Dee" Redman, 29, of Martinsburg, once in the head Oct. 27 in an apartment at 517 N. Third St.

An arrest warrant also has been issued charging DeAndre "Dollar" Fullen, 19, with aiding and abetting murder.

A warrant has been issued for a third man, known only as "Prince," while a person known as "T-Dot" is being sought as a person of interest.

Investigators have described all four men as drug dealers. None has been taken into custody.

Police said an argument preceded the shooting, which happened about 5 a.m. When police and emergency medical personnel were called at 7:57 a.m., Redman's body was found behind an adjacent apartment.

Police have said that Grant shot Redman and the man known as "Prince" provided him with the gun and helped drag Redman's body to the adjacent apartment.

Grant is described as 5 feet 7 inches tall and weighing about 160 pounds, police said.

Martinsburg police are working with investigators in New York to try to find the men, Swartwood said.

Anyone with information may call the police department at 304-264-2100.
