A 1-year-old boy was fastened in a car seat, but the seat was not secured to the car, and a 3-year-old girl was not secured in the vehicle, police said. Baker was also not wearing a seat belt, police said.

Baker was flown to Hershey (Pa.) Medical Center where he was in fair condition Monday night, according to a nursing supervisor. The 3-year-old suffered moderate injuries and was taken by ambulance to Hershey Medical Center, police said.

The 1-year-old suffered minor injuries and was treated at Chambersburg Hospital, police said.

The investigation was continuing.




Pa. teen faces charges in stabbing



SCOTLAND, Pa. ? A Pennsylvania teenager was charged with several offenses after allegedly stabbing a woman twice Monday morning, Pennsylvania State Police said.

Sarah M. Harvey, 18, of Fayetteville, Pa. was charged with aggravated assault, simple assault and harassment, police said.

Harvey was allegedly arguing with a 27-year-old Fayetteville woman in the 200 block of Hartzell Drive in Scotland, police said. Harvey allegedly had a knife and stabbed the woman twice in the back, police said.
