Hagerstown Trust

Jon L. Jones, formerly with Susquehanna Bank in Greencastle, Pa., joins Hagerstown Trust in the role of senior vice president and manager of Corporate Development and Relationships for the Franklin County, Pa., market.

He will be responsible for the management and development of commercial customer relationships in Franklin County, where Hagerstown Trust plans to significantly increase its presence.

Jones, of Scotland, Pa., has a bachelor of science degree in quantitative business analysis from Penn State University and attended graduate classes at Kansas State University and Shippensburg University.

Susquehanna Bank

Susquehanna Bank has appointed Katherine W. Getty as regional president for Allegany and Garrett counties in Maryland.

Getty will serve as a representative of Susquehanna Bank for community activities and as the primary point of contact between the bank and leaders in those counties. She has responsibility for all daily banking activities in Allegany and Garrett counties. In addition, her responsibilities will expand to include management of the retail sales managers in the bank's western region.


She will continue her responsibility for supervising the consumer lending function and mortgage division in the bank's Maryland, Western Pennsylvania, and West Virginia markets.

Getty, of Cumberland, Md., formerly served as senior vice president and regional executive for Allegany and Garrett counties. She joined Susquehanna in 1994, and has 25 years of banking experience.

The First National Bank of Greencastle

GREENCASTLE, Pa. - The First National Bank of Greencastle announced the promotion of Tracy D. Burger to manager of its Maugans Avenue office in Hagerstown.

Burger will be responsible for meeting the financial service needs of the community and achieving office profitability. She also will be available to assist customers in all deposit services and investments as well as with various loan products.

Burger has 13 years of banking experience, during which she held positions of teller, customer service representative, business development manager and business development officer.

Burger, of Greencastle, has completed numerous customer service training seminars.
