Mease says: "We understand from other coaches and people in the community that we have a talented freshman class. Combined with our experienced athletes, we're expecting great performances from them. We're looking forward to a fun season, watching the upper classmen improve on their current successes and the freshmen developing into successful indoor track athletes."

SMITHSBURG LEOPARDS

Head Coach: Ray Shriver

Shriver says: "A large amount of individuals (20) return to boys team. Girls are young with only one senior and seven returning. The boys team has decent talent and should still be good despite losing some talent. I expect them to give others in county a good run."

MERCERSBURG ACADEMY

Head Coach: David Grady

Outlook: This is the second season for Mercersburg's indoor program. Six boys and three girls return from last season.
