GREENCASTLE, Pa. - Thanks to a vote by the Greencastle Borough Council, there will be free parking in downtown Greencastle through December.
Bill Gour, executive director of the Greencastle-Antrim Chamber of Commerce, said the free parking will help make it easier for people to enjoy "hassle-free" shopping and the Heritage Christmas events tonight and Dec. 16.
